PreZero, a Global Recycling Leader and Waste Management Service Provider

PreZero was originally founded as GreenCycle by the Schwarz Group in 2009. The Schwarz Group is headquartered in Neckarsulm, Germany and is one of the largest retail trading companies in the world. The new entity was established to take responsibility for the management of valuable materials originating from the Schwarz Group’s retail companies and the Schwarz Production division.

Over time, GreenCycle began servicing external businesses and was eventually rebranded as PreZero. As an environmental service provider in the areas of waste disposal and sorting, processing and recycling, the company has since spread from Germany to ten other countries including the US. PreZero US focusses specifically on recycling.
